The staff was super nice, friendly and helpful. Booking tours trough them I can also recommend. The common area has a super nice vibe and food & drinks were very good and quite reasonably priced. We had the bungalow, which was very cute and we also liked the outdoor bathroom.

Everything is so good. Free shuttle pick up to and fro bus station and the beach is really a warm welcome to all the guests This place doesn't give hostel vibes, the common area makes you feel like it's a resort or a romantic dining garden setting. The men and ladies working here are so courteous There's always good morning good afternoon etc greetings from the staff, we feel our presence valued there really The dogs are so funny - I tried to chase them as they seem afraid of me, but when I was eating my chicken they stayed close to me to have some shares of the dinner And we got to book any tours here with the hostel from sardine run to island hopping, canyoneering, etc etc.

Clean and fresh hostel, very comfortable beds and rooms with a well working AC. Clean toilets and showers. Such a lovely, helpful and welcoming staff that you can see maintaining the cleanliness several times a day. There are a lot of restaurants near by, walking distans to the snorkling beach. Plenty of places nearby if you want to rent a scooter. There is space to put your clothes up for drying. Free water and coffee. They also have a fridge to put things in. The wifi connection was good enough for me, but if you need high speed wifi for working it’s might not. I extended 4 more nights, I would stay here again if Im coming back.

Puy-an Hostel is amazing! The dorm room here is HUGE—honestly the biggest I’ve ever stayed in. It’s super spacious, so even with a lot of people, it never felt cramped. The beds were comfy, and everything was clean and well-maintained. The whole place has such a cool vibe. The walls are covered in art from local artists, and some of it is for sale, which I thought was a really nice touch. The Wi-Fi worked great, which was a lifesaver since I had some work to do. If you’re a backpacker or a digital nomad, you’ll love this place. It’s affordable, super chill, and has everything you need.

I would definately recommend dreamcather hostel if you are staying at Moalboal. Location is perfect. Even though its close to everything there is no noise from the busy part of the Moalboal. Rooms/ bathrooms are clean and modern and the owners and other staff are super welcoming and helpful. There’s also scooter rent, snorkeling masks and other stuff for rent. Loved to visit here!

    The staff here are second to none. They are so attentive and are always so eager to help. They will organise tours, rent snorkels and motorbikes, etc. When it rained they were quick to offer to change our towels. The hostel is quiet, but in a great location to access the beach, bars and restaurants.

    Cheap and easy accommodation, close to everything you need on the main road with all restaurants etc and beach in walking distance. Airport pick up organised by then hostel all worked well and was very well priced. 3000 peso to airport from accom.

    Clean, safe, secure, the staff were fantastic, there's a free shuttle into the town and also to the beach, honestly the best hostel I've stayed in over the past two weeks exploring the Philippines. Staff couldn't do enough, beds were so cosy and private, the pillow and duvet were amazing.

    One of the best hostels I ever stayed. Everything was pretty new and the dorms and toiletts were really nice and clean. They offer some group activities (I recommed the canyoneering) which are also a great opportunity to meet people and have fun with other backpackers. Bar with drinks and tasty food. Staff was very nice and helped to arrange laundry, scooter rental and bus.
