I have stayed in multiple guest houses in Baleal, and out of all the ones I tried, this was my favorite. The location is excellent—just a couple of minutes’ walk to the beach, and close to restaurants, grocery store, shops, and more. The host was friendly and responsive. The place was spotless! The kitchen was modern and fully equipped, and there was even a laundry machine. It’s a bit pricey, but I would definitely come again and recommend this place 100%

The staff (Paulo & Marra) were fantastic! They make you feel so at home and feel like long time friends after only a short stay! The hostel is spacious and secure with one wristband to open everything which was very convenient. All the spaces were exceptionally clean and the breakfast on offer was great! Social activities were well organised and a great way to mix with the other guests - I really didn’t want to leave! Surf rental was super cheap and convenient too!!

The views over the water from the balcony were lovely. It was a very relaxing and quiet place to stay. The room was very clean and new. We loved our stay here and would love to return.

Location (1 minute walk to beach and surf schools / hire), Laid Back Atmoshphere, Large communal areas, Excellent service from host. JP really went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and I can highly recommend staying here for surfers or travellers who want to experience this beautiful part of Portugal.
