Was very quiet and homey. The place is literally a house in a small neighbourhood just out of downtown. Although it's a little far from the main attractions, there is a grocery store, a Target, a bagel shop (Einstein Bros Bagels), and a metro station (Overtown) down the street. Also, the MetroMover station (Wilkie D. Ferguson Jr.), which is free to use, is also a easy walk away and is very useful for getting around downtown or going north/south of downtown.

I missed my flight and needed accommodation quickly. I accidentally booked the wrong dates (at 2 am) but was still allowed to stay. The beds were extremely comfortable, and I had a great conversation the next day.
