I came to Gaslamp Hostel for only 1 month. But I met beautiful people in such a beautiful environment that I loved staying with you for 2.5 months. You are offering a great accommodation to your guests in a fast , practical , clean and secure layout , producing solutions for every issue . Even if the employees change, everyone can easily become a part of the team. I saw a strong team that is fun and cares about the comfort of the guests. It was my first time staying in a hostel, and I don’t regret it. The people working at this hostel were kind, friendly, and helpful. The common areas were cleaned daily and everything was very clean. I also joined the Sunset Yoga program. Thank you, Amanda, for this amazing experience. The location was also great — there’s a bus stop for bus number 8 right across from the hostel. I used this bus to get wherever I needed to go. The beach was just a few steps away on foot. If I ever get the chance to come back, I already know where I’ll be staying.

Really good hostel. Has twin rooms or dorms. Caters for all ages (+18) and provides a continental type breakfast. Friendly place everyone talks to each other in the communal lounge/kitchen areas. Washrooms very clean as well. Good location near Nth Harbour Drive. Mate had car so didn’t use public transport but it looked a good network.

I liked the environment and vibes of the hostel very much. They have something free to drink or eat in most of days. I stayed in a few hostels but this one made a difference by giving me much more comforts. There is a nice person whose names is Coco. She helped me a lot with my requirements. I really liked the way she approaches people with a smile face. There are many rooms to get some rest, watch tv and play games with friends. The kitchen is big enough and has lots of kitchen stuff. I am sure you find whatever you need. The hostel is very clean and everything is fully organized. I would stay here if i visit San Diego again. So, i strongly recommend this hostel.
