It's a guest house, a family-owned business which is not as polished as a hotel but it makes it up with the charms of a personal approach and getting to live in a typical NY townhouse. The location is super nice too, it's just a few minutes away from central park. You can easily rent a bike or find a metro station nearby to explore the city. It's also often used by young doctors that come to work temporarily in the Sinai hospital next door. There is a nice shared space downstairs for you to sit and relax or to cook your own food if you want to.
