This was our first time in a hostel ever, and it definitely exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was good. The beds had curtains. There is a room to leave your luggage if you arrive before check-in time. Facilities are basically brand new and staff very friendly. The location is also great and silent.

New and modern. Looks like the pictures and feels like the luxury version of a hostel stay. Easy communication with very welcoming and helpful staff. Easy to meet people and strike up a conversation in the common area and at the evening meal. There are games available and an area where you can just relax. Outside it is a lively and happy street, especially in the evening, but inside I found that there was a relaxed and cozy atmosphere. The beds were good and the bathroom clean.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hostel. The beds in the dormitory were very comfortable and everything was super clean! The location was perfect too. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. I would deffo stay at this hostel again and would recommend it!

Staff were really hospitable even paid for a meal I had with them, everything was clean, good quiet location but still walking distance to major tourist areas. Allowed me to park my scooter inside of a night for safekeeping also.

Really loved staying at Urbanest Saigon! The hostel is super new, very clean, and everything feels fresh and comfortable. The beds are cozy, the rooms are quiet, and you can tell a lot of care went into setting things up just right. The owner is so friendly and always makes sure you're doing well, she’s genuinely caring and helpful. Also, there’s a great little café downstairs with amazing coffee. It’s a chill spot to relax in the evening or start your day. If you’re looking for a calm, clean place in the heart of the city, this is definitely a great choice!
