It's just a first-rate experience at an extremely reasonable price. The front desk team was absolutely top-notch. So accomodating, helpful, and clearly enthusiastic about their jobs. And the room was lovely, clean, and stylish. Also in a prime location. You can't beat this place, seriously (and I never write reviews, never mind gushing ones).

I stayed at Nalani Hostel for 5 nights during my backpacking trip through Vietnam, and it was easily one of the best hostels I’ve experienced. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by cozy coffee places and great restaurants. From the moment you arrive, Lan (the owner) makes you feel right at home with her warm welcome. The room was spacious and had its own bathroom. Both the room and bathroom were exceptionally clean, just like the rest of the hostel. The beds were comfortable and offered a bit of privacy, which was perfect for relaxing after long days exploring. There’s also fast Wi-Fi, and you can grab snacks and drinks on an honor system—such a nice touch. Every morning there are multiple breakfast options, all of which were delicious. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help with anything, whether it was arranging trips to Monkey Mountain in Da Nang or booking a shuttle bus to Hue. I’d give Nalani a full 5 stars and I’m already planning to come back in a few weeks for a second stay. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Hoi An!

The location was great. Had a little shop across the room. They gave us something different for breakfast each morning. The staff recommended what activities to do.
