I had some issues with my itinerary and was unsure about staying in Berat, but after getting to the guest house I decided I had to stay. It was the place where I had the most authentic contact with locals during my travel around the country. The father is really nice and welcoming, he let me check in quite early and everything was clean and prepared for the guests. Comfortable beds and pillows with lockers, 2 towels per guest, slippers available, each room has a fridge and a jar of drinking water. The bathrooms were clean and with shampoo/soap. They also have an amazing terrace to relax. They offered me some local drinks in the evening and we talked about life in Albania. Thank you for hosting me, this was my favorite accommodation in Albania.

Cute terrace overlooking the bridge. Had lots of clothes hangers in the wardrobe. You must take your shoes off before entering the house which I liked. Bathrooms are shared. There is a washing machine in the bathroom. No towels provided. Breakfast provided at 200 lek extra per person if wanted. Can wander through the stone streets. We enjoyed restaurant Amalia which is a few streets below the accom.
