At the hostel, every room is fitted with a patio with a city view. All units will provide guests with a fridge. Wow, this hostel exceeded all my expectations! They reserved the gear we requested for us without a deposit. We rented a tent, two sleeping bags, two sleeping pads, two pairs of trekking poles and two backpacks, and everything was of good quality and in great condition. They also provide free storage for the items you don't want to take with you on the trek. I loved the huge lockers under the beds, the private showers and the location of the hostel. The bus terminal is only a 10-minute walk away. Tried to stay here again after the hike, but it was fully booked.

The hostal held our luggage for us for the 4 nights we were gone and when we arrived back after the trek, our bags were already waiting for us in our room. Very much appreciated. As we were leaving early after our first night, they made us a breakfast box to take with us that morning. Rooms were clean and comfortable, but the efficiency and ease of the practical side was so appreciated,

The rooms here are equipped with a private or shared bathroom; some of them have mountain views. They all have TV, on our fourth floor you will find a wonderful view of the city and mountains that surround Puerto Natales. Located five blocks from the Main Street the location is good. The staff were super helpful and spoke excellent English. The accommodation was modern, comfortable, spacious and clean. Just be aware that they have rooms in a block at the back that go up 3 or 4 floors, so if you don’t want to be carrying your luggage up several flights of stairs ask for a ground floor room. There is a gated parking area if you have a car. Breakfast was one of the best we had in Patagonia, and started at 6am which was ideal because it meant we could leave early for Torres and be in the park for 8am. We would definitely stay here again.
