They clean it regularly and there is nothing to care about. There is a big kitchen where you can cook on your own, or eat some of free stuff. The staff organizes really cool events and makes sure everyone gets attention.

There are constant renovations around the hotel (it's adjacent to the bus station), but I sleep with earplugs, so it's not a problem. Earplugs were also available in the hotel lobby.
