I'm usually a backpacker but driven by availabily to the hotel. Its cheap. It's across the road from the beach - and lovely views out to the water. AC is great though! It's walkable (for me 30-40mins) into town - but 5 min walk to supermarkets, and there are restaurants and cafes along the foreshore within easy walking distance. Clean. Parking.
