At the hostel every room has a flat-screen TV, a shared bathroom, and a balcony with a mountain view. This is on of the most special places I have ever stayed at, and hands down the best “hostel”. It is much more of a collaborative social space where likeminded people share their time. It was so chilled and you can tell that Linda and Federico have poured their hearts and personalities into the entire property. Everywhere is beautiful and clean, with spaces to gather and also spend time in solace. I can’t wait to return!

Once a 15th-century Franciscan monastery, Chiostro Delle Monache is just outside Volterra's Etruscan walls, next to the Presidio Ospedaliero Santa Maria Maddalena hospital. It offers en suite rooms, 2 free parking areas, and an original period cloister. Situated in Tirrenia, less than 1 km from Calambrone Beach, Eliopoli Beach Hostel & Restaurant features accommodation with a garden, private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. Among the facilities at this property are a concierge service and luggage storage space, along with free WiFi throughout the property. Guests can enjoy Italian dishes at the restaurant or have a cocktail at the bar. This was one of my favorite places that I stayed at while in Italy. I didn’t catch the lady’s name, but she was super sweet. We had such a nice conversation about the life in Italy. I would recommend going in the off-season for some peace and quiet. I thought I was going to be the only one staying there at first, but I had a couple nice roommates join me.

I have travelled to quite a few hostels in Europe but I have never seen anything like this one! Safestay Pisa Centrale is by far the best hostel i have visited. Extremely clean, spacious rooms, solo friendly, great prices, everything seems fresh and new and the staff is simply amazing! Highly recommended!
