We needed early check-in, and the staff accommodated us with genuine warmth and efficiency, making a lasting impression. Throughout our stay, every interaction with the staff was friendly and helpful, whether offering recommendations or directions. The hotel’s proximity to the city’s highlights—cathedral, tower, castle, and tranquil parks—added to our enjoyment. Food lovers will appreciate the abundance of cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood, making each day’s plans effortless. Cozy room with lots of natural lights, mattress is not the best but the towels were the softest :)
