Fully furnished, 820 sq ft. cozy 2 bedroom apartment, located in Business Bay, Dubai's business district, close to DIFC, centrally located vis a vis the airport and rest of the city. In a brand new, plush building, on a high floor with beautiful views and an amazing Gym. Tastefully, comfortably furnished, includes a fully equipped kitchen, TV, washing machine, dishwasher & other small appliances. Comes with 1 parking, access to a modern gym, pool & a beautiful, landscaped podium.
