Grande Signature is a prestigious residential development located in the heart of Downtown Dubai, known for its luxurious living experience and stunning architectural design. This distinguished project offers an array of meticulously designed that provide breath-taking views of iconic landmarks such as the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Fountain. - In accordance with the residency regulations, each guest must be registered. Guests must send a clear copy of ALL passports at least 24 hours before arrival for registration. - Refundable damage deposit of AED 1,000 is required. - Access cards for the pool, gym, and elevator will be provided in your apartment. A penalty of 350 AED will apply for access cards loss. - Parking access is available upon prior request. - Post-check-out cleaning is included to booking price. If additional cleaning services, please request at least 24 hours in advance (additional fee applies). - Luggage storage at the reception or in the apartments before check-in or after check-out is NOT permited.
