You will experience exciting fireworks; laser shows and shows. you are steps away from amazing cruse excursions onboard of luxurious yachts and boats. You are alos 15 minutes driving distance from teh famous Palm which houses the Atlantis Hotel, 12 monutes awayf from the Mall Of the Emorates which houses the most famous Ski Dome and 25 minutes away from downtown Dubai which houses Buj Khalifah the tallets masterpiece tower in the world This 90 SQM fabulous apartment sets on the 14th floor of an ultra-luxurious tower with sunny rooftop pools, Jacuzzi, Gym, Sauna, steam rooms and 24-hour front desk security and concierge service. Dubai Marina boasts luxury skyscrapers, a range of dining and entertainment options and best of all, it offers urban waterfront living to its residents. Very accessible through Metro, Tram, bus, Taxi, Uber; Careem as well as bicycle & scooter rental. 5-minutes walking distance to JBR beach and Blue Water Island contains the Dubai Eye observation wheel. Surrounded with an abundance of the most famous bars, pubs, clubs, restaurants and best in class Hotels. You will experience exciting fireworks and laser shows on multiple nightly occasions. You will have very easy access to the marina cruise by luxirous yachts, boats, dhow excursions. Over & above, this location, is 15 minutes driving distance from the Palm Island which houses the Atlantis Hotels, 12 minutes to the Mall of Emirates which contains one of the most famous indoor sky slopes in the world & 25 minutes away from downtown Dubai which contain Burj Khalifa (the tallest tower in the world) as well as Dubai Mall (One of the largest Malls with aquarium in the World).
