Having lived in Dubai for a while and travelled the world I understand what you need to feel special and to feel a place that is home from home with all the comforts and small touches and gadgets that you may need.
The best area, close to downtown dubai, near dubai mall, meydan racecourse. You can access anything from this area. Public beaches are plenty and we have a welcome book to help you navigate your way around. Business bay is also close by. Taxi to business bay for the metro to go anywhere is very cheap as its very close. A super safe environment with security and gated entry.
