Fully upgraded inside, with a stylish interior and colorful furnishings and walls. •   The living room is spacious and has a stylish interior. It includes a blue-grey sofa set, with one being a sofa bed for the extra guest, a coffee table, a smart TV, as well as extensive pieces of decorations, wall arts, and colorful cushions. •   The open space living room also includes a cozy dining area, with a rounded dining table, a four chairs. •   The living room leads to a private balcony furnished with a table and two chairs, overlooking the city skyline and water canal. •   The place gives a cozy feeling, as the interior speaks fashion and boasts modern décor. •   Fully equipped, upgraded kitchen with modern appliances like refrigerator, hot water kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, freezer, stove, as well as cooking basics, dishes and silverware, trash cans, and wine glasses. •   The apartment is also equipped with safety equipment like fire extinguisher, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detector, and first aid kit. •   The apartment has an iron with an iron board, a washing machine, and a drying rack, and a safe. •   The bedroom features a king-size bed dressed with fresh white linens and bed covers, night tables with lamps, wardrobe with hangers, and a large mirror, a chest of drawers, as well as an armchair and a pink rug. The room is naturally well-lit, as it has large glass doors giving access to the shared balcony. •   The apartment offers superior quality linens.
