PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE VIEWING THE PHOTOS OF THE EXACT ROOM THAT YOU ARE BOOKING AND NOT ONLY PHOTOS FROM MAIN GALLERY. Dubai Marina-Princess Tower (Highest Residential Building in the world).The Pool and Jacuzzi and Sauna are really incredible. There is a huge lounge on 97th floor available for all residents to enjoy with PALM View. The rooms offered are in a 4 bedroom apartment with shared kitchen. Rooms are really clean and all the flat mates are professionals. It is a great place to stay specially if you are new in Dubai as I can show you around. Metro is 10 mins walking Bus and tram are just under the building. You will have access card which gives u access to Jacuzzi and Pool and 97th floor lounge and ping pong and many other facilities in this amazing building. You can drop your bags before check in and leave it after checkout at anytime. You will be surrounded by amazing and helpful flat mates. If anything is need at anytime please ask I will be available to show you around in Dubai. What differentiate my listings from others is: -It is nearly impossible to find more stylish rooms than mine in any other sharing apartment. -High quality and expensive furniture. It's new also -All bedding and whatever you can see on the photos are real and comes with the room -All tenants are well chosen , you must be decent , friendly and clean person. It's not only about money! -Apartment is ALWAYS quite -Cleaning of the room once a week -Cleaning of the common area 3 times a week (u must also keep everything clean by yourself in general) -Princess tower has amazing lounge with amazing views of nearly all Dubai from 97th floor lounge -I live there and I know all the flatmates. -3 people in the apartment, Only 1 person per each room

Marina (and JBR also) are the best places in Dubai specially for tourists. You have the beach just infront of you,beach clubs,Marina walk,JBR beach and restaurants,All types of transportation.
