The villa is located at the Lura 1 Residences, one of best residences in the area, only 300 m from the Adriatic Sea, which offers 24 hours security and maintenance, bar, restaurant, supermarket, gym, modern infrastructure, privacy, greenery, clean air, community living.

Lura 1 Residence is located in one of the most favorite and elite areas of Lalzit Bay, in the middle of greenery, clean air, the quietness that the area offers only 40 minutes from Tirana. More information Getting around If you are looking for a nice weekend get away or the perfect summer vacation this is the place to be. Around the residence you will have plenty activities to do. You can access the services that this residence offers like: Gym, relaxing massages, SPA, indoor pool. You can taste a nice romantic lunch or dinner near the sea at Oasis Bar & Restaurant. Taking beach walks and other activities such as visiting the castle of Skanderbag in Cape of Rodon would also be a good option.
