Welcome to our luxurious penthouse apartment with 360° panoramic view of Berat! Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Its a vibrant place, where modern and neoclassical interior design stay together in this extraordinary place. The whole group will enjoy a perfect stay in this stylish place where every furniture and equipment is brand new. You'll have easy access to everything in the city from this location. Your group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. You can park for free in public parking in front of the building.
This is one of the best neighborhood at the moment; peaceful and very close to any destination: 8 min walking distance (2 min by car) to the Municipality of Berat, 7 min walking distance (2 min by car) to Regional Hospital of Berat. You have access to anything you need: There is a supermarket nearby: Your Market (20 m). There are small cafes round, small shops with fruits and vegetables, bakery, laundry, pharmacies, barber shop, ATM, etc. There is a dental clinic in the first floor of the building and a private medical clinic 100 m from the apartment.
