Enjoy a stay in this lovely apartment located in the first floor of a beautiful villa in the middle of pines and a green garden. This inviting property features 2 bedrooms, living room, bathroom, balcony, kithchen fully equipped and offering free wifi, cable channels (Netflix as well upon request). The apartment is located 100 meters from the beach in a private residence At this residence and in the nearby surraundings you can find facilities like spa massage, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, kids playground, restourants (italian, traditional, sea food, sushi etc) lounge bar et. The parking is safe with Cctv and guard 24 hours. This apartment is perfect choice all round year.
