This contemporary penthouse apartment for 8 people is just 500m from the beautiful Lalzit Bay. It makes the ideal holiday base for a family or friends who want a fun and relaxing stay in Albania. As part of a condominium the apartment offers access to a shared swimming pool. - The pool can be accessed with an additional charge that must be paid on the spot. The fee for 1 umbrella and 2 sun loungers is approximately 15 EUR per day. The beach has public & private areas with umbrellas and sun loungers that, if wished to be used, an additional fee of 10+/- euro  (depending on the location) needs to be paid. On the 3rd floor of a modern residence, the penthouse benefits from an extensive, partly shaded balcony which provides additional living space with an outdoor seating area, sun loungers (to be paid on spot) and a dining area for meals al fresco.
