Villa Shera-II is a great place in the Lalzi Bay area in the Lura1 resort, within lot of green at 100m from the beach. Children friendly with a small garden and BBQ. Ideal for family vacation and remote working. The villa can host up to 2 families with 3 double beds and 2 single beds. In addition more couches are available. It provide free parking place for more cars. Very close to multiple restaurants, mini-markets, Spa, Gym, swimming-pool, playground and to the beach. BBQ

The villa is in a very green area and within the LURA 1 Resort. Within 300m multiple restaurants, bar/caffe can be found together with playing fields such as basket, football, tennis, and playgrounds for children. A swimming-pool, gym, and more mini-marktes. In addition there is also a fresh fruits and vegetable market from local producers. Within 10 km it is possible to reach Lakes, River a wonderful vineyard, some cultural monuments and the Rodoni Cape. Parking in the villa is easy. At the arrival you can park along the perimeter of the villa itself. The Fence is wide and allows parking for more vehicles. Getting around is easy by foot or with scooter or bikes. A long promenade is very nice for the morning and evening walks.
