Today, in higher volume than ever (but with the same low overhead), we continue to introduce extended-stay travelers to the owners of luxury properties in Buenos Aires.

Bellini Esmeralda is a brand new 45-story high-rise apartment building located near the business center of the city, just a few blocks away from the charming and historic Plaza San Martin. These luxury Studios, one and two-bedroom apartments sport amazing panoramic views of the city and the river. Guests at Bellini Esmeralda have top-notch facilities at their disposal, such as the outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and gym. The building also includes laundry facilities, a massage room, and an event salon. The stores and prestigious restaurants of the neighborhood add to its charm.
