Property information

Dettis Place is located in the center of Gerlos (1250m) inbetween of restaurants, shops and directly next to the "Dorfbahn" (lift) and piste. On arrival you can find the apartment in the building Gerlos Mountain Estate. In Summer you have the free mountain ticket included in the price (during the whole stay) for Gerlos and K?nigsleiten! Dettis Place, the 3-room apartment with 50m² is on the ground floor, has been renovated in 2021 and offers a cosy athmosphere for a nice and relaxed stay. You will find a warderobe, 2 double rooms with TV, Bathroom with shower, hairdryer etc and a separate toilet. The apartment also has a living kitchen with a nice sitting area and full equipment (oven, microwave, waterboiler, fridge, coffee machine etc.) Floor heating, wooden floors, free wifi and TV in the living room. You have an extra exit to the terrace and garden where you will find a bbq, sitting area to eat outside or chill in the lounge furniture... You can park your car for free in our garage (1 parking place) - height of garage is 2,20m. Washing machine and dryer (extra fee) as well as Skiroom or place for bikes, elevator, skischool and sportshop....all in the building. The supermarket is next door. Dettis Place is a non smoking apartment, good for allergic persons and offers all facilities for disabled people (no stairs, wider doors...) It is not suitable for partypeople
