Since we manage many apartments, my job is to make your stay as pleasant as possible. From the moment you book, I’m here to assist you with any questions you may have. Of course, I have many inquiries to answer throughout the day, so I try to make everything as straightforward as possible: As soon as you book, I’ll send you all the information you need for your stay. From online check-in to key box details and the information provided inside the entrance of your apartment, I aim to answer all your questions in advance.

Our Appartements Ager in Rauris were fully renovated in summer 2025 and now offer a stylish, modern living experience surrounded by the breathtaking alpine landscape. Enjoy the fantastic views of the mountains and ski slopes as well as the central location – ski lifts, hiking trails, restaurants and shops are just a short walk away. Our accommodation includes two high-quality holiday apartments: - Penthouse Apartment with private sauna and three separate bedrooms – ideal for families or groups. - Balcony Apartment with one bedroom and a sunny balcony – perfect for small families or couples. Pets are welcome (for an additional fee). Free parking is available directly at the property.

Our apartment is situated in a quiet yet central location, just 150 meters from the heart of Rauris. Restaurants and supermarkets are within easy walking distance. The Rauris Valley is renowned for its breathtaking natural scenery and a wide range of leisure activities. In summer, countless hiking trails offer options for all levels, from gentle strolls to challenging mountain tours. In winter, the Rauris Valley transforms into a snowy wonderland, perfect for winter sports enthusiasts. The Rauris ski area, with its 33 kilometers of slopes, boasts impeccably groomed runs and charming, authentic alpine huts. Cross-country skiers can enjoy the varied trails in Rauris or Kolm Saigurn.
