The apartment features a living room and a cozy seating area, a well-equipped kitchen, two spacious bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a balcony. Parking is available directly at the house. Bad Kleinkirchheim promises a pure holiday! In addition to skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, ice skating, or winter hiking, two thermal spas (Thermal Römerbad and Therme St. Kathrein) invite you to immerse yourself in the outdoors. Bad Kleinkirchheim also offers an 18-hole golf course, numerous shops for daily needs, and a good selection of restaurants. The Bad Kleinkirchheim ski area offers 103 kilometers of slopes and 24 cable cars and lifts, a kids' slope, a snow park, and four ski schools. The ski and wellness shuttle is located directly in front of the holiday home (100 meters). Another nearby ski area is the Falkert Ski Park at the Heidi Alm mountain resort, with 11 kilometers of slopes. The accommodation is a partner of the reduced ski pass in Bad Kleinkirchheim. In summer, Lake Millstatt, Lake Ossiach, and the outdoor pools in the surrounding area offer plenty of swimming fun and can be reached in about 10-30 minutes by car. Guests of this accommodation will receive the Sonnenschein discount card from Bad Kleinkircheim with the payment of the nightly tourist tax.
