Die Lage , direkt in der Innenstadt, ist perfekt um Wien zu erkunden. Man kann alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, innerhalb von maximal 10 Minuten, zu Fuß erreichen.

Naschmarkt is the culinary heart of the city. Best Restaurant, street food and asia food you can imagine. Big Shopping on Mariahilfer Straße only 3 min walking distance away. Metro just in front of the building and also Tram/ Bus. A huge parking space also in front if the building.
