This carefully renovated garden apartment is in a sought-after central location, just a few minutes' walk from all of Kitzbühel's hotspots. It is the ideal starting point for your urban and alpine adventures.
Two beautifully designed bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, offer space for peace and a restful sleep.
The spacious “Zirbenstube” is equipped with an unique tiled oven, ensuring incomparably cozy hours. From the fully equipped kitchen you can access the south-facing garden, where a large apple tree provides pleasant shade in summer.
To safely store bicycles or skis, there is a separate storage room in the garage that can be locked. Outdoor electricity connection is available and E-bikes can be charged here. There is a free parking space directly in front of the house.
