- Room with private bathroom (bed 160x200cm) - Free car park directly at the accommodation - Independent check-in and check-out possible - City centre can be reached in 25 minutes by public transport - Bus station only 230 metres away - Recreation area Laaer Wald, Böhmischer Prater and Kurpark Oberlaa just a few minutes' walk away - House completed in 2024 (garden is still under construction) - Shared entrance area - Cats live in the house, but not in the guest area - The front garden can also be used and there is a seating area here. The garden area behind the house is private. The property has underfloor heating. In the cold season, this is preset to 22 degrees Celsius and cannot be adjusted manually by you. If the temperature setting is not suitable, please let us know in advance as the heating is very slow. I can be reached at any time via the chat. If I am in the middle of a work appointment, it may take a while for me to reply. Otherwise, I will endeavour to respond to all enquiries promptly.
