Bring family and friends to relax in this spacious riverside house spanning 4 levels. Have a picnic on the deck, take a dip in the heated plunge pool, or head down to the dock to go paddling or boating. Four levels of luxury, this home offers ultimate relaxation. Each of the 4 bedrooms have a choice of a King bed or 2 single beds. All bedrooms and living spaces are air conditioned. Pets welcome. Pool is heated year round to 29 degrees. 66A Sunrise sits on a quiet peninsula that provides amazing views of the heart of Surfers Paradise. Plenty of free unlimited on street parking right outside the house, always available.
I'm a 37 year old Doctor and Lawyer, and proud to call Gold Coast home, it’s an amazing city ! Checkin instructions outline all you need to enter. When you book, you will receive a message same day, explaining how to access the house using the electronic door, and how to choose bedding options. You will also be given my contact details. I prefer giving guests privacy in allowing them to check themselves in at a time that suits them. There is a house manual in the property which answers most commonly asked questions.
Situated on a very quiet street, the house is best suited to families and groups wishing to relax and unwind, not for those looking to party at the house. It's a 10-minute walk to the beach and Cavil Avenue, the heart of Surfers Paradise. The Light Rail stop in Surfers Paradise is 800m away, along with all the clubs and restaurants in the heart of Surfers Paradise.
