This stunning accommodation has 4 bedrooms, 3 ensuite bathrooms, large open plan living areas, 2 lounge rooms and is very well appointed. Alex Beach House facilities also include: Large outdoor entertaining area with BBQ, seating & inground spa remote controls garage & gate 2 balconies with ocean views, 4 bedrooms (linen provided) with 1 x king, 1 x queen, and 1 bunk bed, 1 x double and 1 bunk bed, 1 x Queen 3 large modern ensuite bathrooms, 1 with spa bath Fully appointed kitchen with modern appliances (Miele) Fully equipped laundry with washing machine & dryer Dining area with dining table 2 spacious lounge rooms Reverse cycle heating/airconditioning Garage for 1 car and up to 2 cars in secure driveway. front secure gates Absolutely no parties or functions no pets Keys to be collected and returned to our office in Mooloolaba - Check in 2pm (outside of busy periods only) to 9pm. Check outs by 10am .
