Located in the centre of the CBD is this fantastic one bedroom, one bathroom, one secure carspace, fully self contained unit in the popular Metro Quays complex. The unit has recently undergone a stylish renovation and includes: modern kitchen with integrated dishwasher, full cooking facilities, coffee machine, washer/dryer, ducted airconditioning, work/study area, wifi , ample storage and flat screen smart TV's in the living room and bedroom. There is a small balcony with city views that includes a 4 seater dining set off the living area, and small private patio off the bedroom.
The complex includes: a Gym, Tennis Court, roof top pool with BBQ/Dining area, swipe key access and lift, and there is secure under cover parking for one car for added security.
