Welcome to The Palm - the perfect Mudjimba Beach house for a laid-back holiday with family or friends where sun, surf and sand are the order of the day. Hop and skip to surf, returning for a swim in the heated pool and a cocktail on the recliner chairs in your private cinema. This luxurious home is truly designed for maximum enjoyment of the enviable climate and pure relaxation; open-plan, light-filled layout flows seamlessly onto a covered poolside alfresco area where you can unwind to the sound of ocean. There holiday home offers: • Central air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout the home for your comfort • Free Wi-Fi, Netflix, Disney • James Bond style cinema • Private Heated Pool • Beach access is at the end of the street • Outdoor BBQ area with bar fridge and tv • Comfortable king/queen beds in 5 bedrooms with TV in each room • Block out blinds and louvre windows • 2 bath tubs, double shower, single shower and outdoor shower to freshen up • Gourmet, well equipped open-plan kitchen and two dining tables to seat the crowd • Walk in pantry hosts fridge with ice-maker/cold water and pod coffee machine. The fridge can also play tunes and display recipes for you to cook up a storm. • Quiet neighbourhood yet so close to everything including hotspots of Noosa, Coolum and Maroochydore • Enjoy the sound of the beach while at home or walk for a swim or surf at one of the best beaches in Sunshine Coast

Neighbourhood information

Mudjimba is an unspoilt, coastal heaven with small beach village vibe. Yet it is only a stones throw away from Maroochydore and centrally located to everything Sunshine coast has to offer. Mudjimba beach with its endless stretch of golden sands is often seen as one of the best on the coast. An easy, flat walk from the house finds the Mudjimba patrolled beach and playground, Mudjimba village with restaurants, coffee and general store.
