This property offers affordable accommodation all year round and only a short 400 metre walk to the lovely sands of Ettalong Beach foreshore, cafes, restaurants, cinemas, markets and ferry service. Master bedroom with double bed and built-in robe. Bedroom 2 has a tri-bunk. Please note; Please be aware there is a fully fenced, separate flat attached to this property, tenanted All linen, towels and bed making included for all guests STRICTLY NO parties, functions, excessive noise or additional visitors allowed.
