The Abbey is located in the picturesque village of Broke surrounded by wonderful cellar doors and restaurants and a 10 minute drive to the heart of the Hunter Valley. The soaring cathedral ceilings and exposed timer beams make you feel as though you have been transported to a Cotswold village in England. Luxuriously furnished, Bonn Abbey can sleep 6-12 people, making it perfect for a group of friends or family whilst remaining intimate enough for smaller groups. With features that include a spectacular rural outlook, gourmet kitchen, reverse cycle air conditioning, BBQ, modern double spa bath and antique claw foot bath, huge 50 inch plasma TV and entertainment unit a WIFI Sound System and free wireless internet – this is the perfect getaway.
The Owners of Hunter Valley Country Escapes, Jeanny & Robert having both lived and worked in Sydney most of their lives, value the increasing time they are able now to spend in Broke maintaining and caring for both their properties and to watch their grandkids grow up in nearby Singleton whilst also doing a little travelling around Australia.
