Ideally located just a few minutes' walk to both the surf and safety beaches, and set beside the Cape Woolamai Nature Reserve, this property offers privacy, comfort, and room for the whole family. Sleeping up to 8 guests, this three-level home features three separate living areas, ideal for two families or groups. The top level includes a master bedroom with walk-in robe, ensuite with double shower, a spacious lounge with 42" plasma TV, and access to both front and rear balconies. The street-level middle floor includes a second living space, dining area, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two more bedrooms (queen + bunks), a spa bathroom, powder room, and a large balcony with outdoor setting and gas BBQ. Downstairs is a rumpus room, laundry, and patio with additional outdoor seating. Enjoy reverse cycle heating/cooling, free Wi-Fi, board games, books, DVDs, and a hot/cold outdoor shower. Off-street parking available. *Please note that the spa bath is out of service* You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date.
