**As The Host - Harris Holiday Rentals Payment Schedule Overrides the Booking dot com Payment Schedule** PAYMENT TERMS: In order to secure a booking, 50% of the total booking value is to be paid at the time of booking confirmation. The remaining 50% is due 14 days prior to your stay. If a booking is not paid in full. 14 days prior to Check-In the booking will not be held. If your booking is made within 14 days of your Check In date, then the total is due upon confirmation. All payments are processed securely via credit card transaction using Stripe online payment gateway. Once the guest credit card payment details are received, payments will be automatically charged as per the afore-mentioned timing. SECURITY BOND: In addition to the booking total, a credit card authorization hold will be held against the guest's credit card as a security bond. The bond hold will be implemented 1 day before Check In and automatically released after 7 days, providing no damage, breakage and/or additional cleaning fees are reported. If a booking is longer than 7 days duration, the authorisation hold will be released after the checkout date, providing no damage, breakage and/or additional cleaning fees are reported. The amount of the bond is between six hundred dollars and eight hundred dollars depending on the booked property. If we are unable to process an authorisation hold on the guest credit card, we cannot give out the keys on check in. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will be refunded the full amount paid minus a 2.08% Stripe merchant fee. Guest cancellations between 14-30 days before booking commencement will be refunded 50% of the total booking minus a 2.08% Stripe merchant fee. If a guest cancels within 14 days, there is no refund. If the guest decides to leave early after check-in. the nights not spent are not refunded.

Street Level In the living room you will choose to gaze out at the ocean or view the wall mounted TV. There is a bar with a sink and a second fridge.
Glass doors lead onto two timber decks where you can take in the afternoon sea breeze. Adjacent this area is a second dining suite to seat six.
Split system air conditioner. Bedroom three has a queen bed, clothing rack, ceiling fan and a door out to a deck and lovely views of the sea.
Bedroom four has two king single beds, clothing rack and a ceiling fan.
The bathroom has two powder rooms and vanities, a separate toilet and a seperate shower.
Downstairs Kitchen has gas cooking, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine.
There is a lovely larger dining area with seating for ten and a sunken lounge area with built in combustion heater and a split system air conditioner.
There is direct access to another deck facing the ocean and grassed area down below.
Bedroom one has a queen bed, walk in robe and Ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity.
Bedroom two has a queen bed and clothes rack.
Bathroom with shower, toilet, basin Laundry with washing machine.
There are games & books supplied and a lovely secure & protected from the wind courtyard with outdoor furniture and a BBQ and umbrella.
