Note: All guests need to complete an online registration with the agent prior to arrival. We will ask for a copy of a credit card to be held on file and for the guest to sign the agent's terms and conditions. Important Points -No Wi-Fi. -You need to BYO sheets, pillows cases and all of your towels. -Strict no party or function policy. -Windows can only be opened 12cm due to Strata NSW legislation/limiters. -This is not a serviced apartment, you will need to bring your own food, amenities and toiletries etc. -Advertisement may include scenery images of our area. Modern 3-bedroom townhouse, the perfect holiday destination. A townhouse for families, friends getting together or a romantic weekend for two. The open plan living downstairs has modern design furniture and is family friendly offering comfort and style. Air/Conditioning throughout making it very cool on those warm days. The living area flows to the patio with an entertaining area. The outdoor shower is fabulous, to wash of the slay and sand when you stroll back from Jimmy's Beach. All bedrooms are located upstairs with the main having a private balcony and ensuite. All bedrooms have a wall mounted TV for personal use.
