I am a host for 7 years and also manage a motel in Cairns as well. I know much about the market and what guests want, our team are professional in hotel management. Furthermore, I am very nice and easy going, well communicated person.

Property information

This apartment is just in the city heart, 7 minutes by walk to Cairns shopping centre, 10 minutes by walk to Esplanade, 5 minutes by walk to bus station. The whole building had freshly renovated in 2023 including wall painting, roof cleaning, yard renovations. Most of these units had freshly renovated in 2023, including tiling, painting, furniture upgrading.

This apartment building includes 19 units and most of them belongs to owner and long-term retant, so everyone love it and take care of this building very carefully.
