This unit will provide a relaxing, quiet and enjoyable stay. It has interrupted scenic view over the Riverview Park and the Richmond River. Rear access to the park (playground, amenities, boat ramp and fishing spots). A little natural pool created out of the riverbank. 11mins from Airport. Fuel stations and ATMs within blocks. Short distance to Ballina’s CBD (15mins walking), and beaches. Bedrooms have ceiling fans. 1st bedroom with desk, chair office & monitor. 2nd bedroom with toys & books.
