Welcome to Drift - a spacious, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom holiday home, located within the luxury Seadrift complex, just 2 minutes walk to the centre of Byron Bay. Enjoy your perfect summer holiday - cool off in the complex pool, BBQ with friends in the covered courtyard or surf at world-famous Main Beach in minutes. Property Features: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 with bath), sleeps 6. 3 x flat screen TV’s and 2 x DVD players, Apple TV, complimentary Netflix, stereo system and wireless broadband. Air conditioning throughout. Private, north-facing outdoor courtyard with dining table and BBQ. Secure parking for 2 vehicles. Within luxury secure complex, Seadrift, which features sparkling pool and covered poolside BBQ area Complimentary tea and coffee, linen, bath and beach towels and a welcome bottle of wine. 2 minutes walk to Byron Bay town. 10 minute walk to Byron Bay’s world famous Main Beach. IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION: a 50% deposit will be charged at the time of booking, otherwise full payment is required if arriving within 30 days. To process a booking, we require a guest's identification, personal email address and mobile phone number no later than 7 days after booking, or by the last business day prior to the arrival date; whichever is earliest. If we are unable to verify the guest’s identification and details we will, unfortunately, be unable to confirm the booking. Please note, check-in and check-out is not permitted on Christmas Day (25 December).
