    Great location for shops and cafes and proximity to city. On flight path but planes do not pass overnight so overall nice and quiet. Kitchen had ample crockery, cutlery etc plus coffee machine. Bathroom clean and modern.

Beautifully renovated this character single fronted villa was built in 1910. Located in the City Fringe suburb of Mile End you will only be 5 minutes to the city and 10 minutes to the beach. Containing ornate lofty ceilings, leadlight windows, timber floors and feature fireplaces this cute little villa will be your home away from home. 2 large bedrooms - 1 containing a King bed (or alternatively 2 singles) and 1 containing a Queen. Fully updated bathroom, laundry and Kitchen. Small supply of soap, shampoo, conditioner supplied. For longer stays please bring surplus. Kitchen includes all you will need for your stay including coffee machine, gas cooktop, electric oven and dishwasher Lovely fully fenced large backyard containing a large grassed area, paved area and even some herbs for cooking! You will have full access to the house. The number of guests booked and paid for will have adequate beds made up -please advise on bedding configuration required upon booking Payment by direct deposit to be made prior to check-in instructions issued. We welcome your 4 legged friends on application No parties or events unless negotiated We are a non smoking property (this includes vapes) however please feel free to smoke outside only
Surrounded by character homes and tree lined streets full of Jacarandas Short walk to Woolworths Hilton or Foodland on Henley Beach Rd Many great restaurants on Henely Beach Road to enjoy Please take note the suburb of Mile End is within the flight path of incoming and outgoing flights to and from Adelaide Airport. There is a government curfew in place with very limited flights allowed in or out between 11:00pm and 6:00am however there can be some exceptions such as freight planes, emergency landings or emergency medical. As a resident of Mile End this doesn't bother us but can understand this may not be the case for all!
