Brand new studio inside house directly opposite Shelly Beach with own private entrance.Use of huge fenced secure back garden quiet and plenty of free street parking directly outside house. WELL BEHAVED FULLY TOILET TRAINED SOCIALISED DOGS MORE THAN WELCOME. Air conditioning and ceiling fan with heating Netflix and Prime. Dishwasher Bar b que oven microwave electric frypan (equiped kitchenette). Fresh airy and homely.
