The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located residence. Only 4 blocks from Sturt street on the beautifully tree lined premier Drummond street. The property is a 1930's Art Deco heritage listed house which had a business built onto the side in the 1960's which was used as a green grocer, a bottle shop and then other various trades. In 2019 the property was renovated to create one large dwelling. The house encompasses 2 large living areas one of which is enormous, an outdoor entertaining deck with TV and BBQ as well as 4 large bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 ensuite and 3 toilets. The perfect place to stay for large groups in central Ballarat.

I have managed Large short term accommodation in Ballarat in previous years and have a great deal of passion and knowledge for hospitality. I have lived in Ballarat for over 15 years so if you need any advice on restaurants, getting around or things to do feel free to ask. Situated on one of Ballarat premier tree lined streets, Drummond street is 1km from the hospital, 1km from Strut street which boast a variety of local cafes, restaurants, pubs and shopping and 2 km to lake Wendouree.
