This top floor unit is located within the 'Oceanside' complex on Booner St only 50mtrs from Hawks Nest's ocean beach, Bennett's Beach. It is a very neat and tidy two bedroom unit with one bathroom, kitchen and laundry. Facing north the unit enjoys wonderful cool evenings and plenty of Winter morning sun. Within the complex there is a large swimming pool, barbecue facilities, car parking and 'Benchmark On Booner' Restaurant. Shopping centre, Golf Course and Beaches all within an easy walk. Stairs only. no lift. Quick arrival processing with online registration. All bookings are strictly subject to Hawks Nest First National Real Estate Terms and Conditions. * Pricing is always to be confirmed by the Managing Agent. *Smoking is NOT permitted in the property *Strict No Party or Function policy.
