This apartment is located within West Beach Lagoon complex on a main road. There is a designated BBQ area and pool within the complex. Parking is at the front. The apartment is located on the first floor with stairs only access and overlooks the pool. Please note this property is located on a main road,
At the heart of Scarborough is the Scarborough Beach precinct. A popular ocean foreshore, it houses a hotel, a variety of shops, restaurants and of course a beautiful coastline. There are several parks and reserves in Scarborough, such as Abbett Park which provides locals with sporting facilities for football, squash, lawn bowls, tennis and cricket. Please note this property is located on a main road, during peak hour and peak times there you may experience some noise.
