The light-filled open-plan living area features blackbutt timber floors, high ceilings, and sliding doors to an all-weather entertaining deck. A second living room with alfresco access offers space for extended family or a quiet retreat. The modern galley-style kitchen features a long island bench, gas stove, and dishwasher, overlooking the front living room for easy entertaining. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and walk in robe. Bedrooms two and three have built in robes and are adjacent the main bathroom. There is also a separate toilet and laundry. With ducted reverse-cycle air conditioning, modern comforts, and a sliding entrance gate, this property is secure and comfortable. It includes a workspace with desk and chair, fast NBN WiFi, two big-screen TVs, and Netflix. Guests have access to the garage as well as parking for another vehicle behind the sliding gate. The property has 1.6M high colourbond fencing all round, fence is 1.6m height with 135mm when the electric gate closed between gate and fence. Your well behaved pets are very welcome inside. Best Beach, Walks & Parks Encounter Wetlands A lovely walk particular in windy conditions as its far more sheltered than the beach. Located at Matthew Flinders Drive (on the other side of Tabernacle Road) this reserve has shelters and a walking path to enjoy this natural haven. Encounter Wetlands is an attractive parkland area that utilises the natural wetlands of Encounter Bay. Esplanade Nothing beats walking along the ocean – there is a sealed path that takes you all the way from The Bluff (at the far end of Franklin parade) to Goolwa (passing through Victor Harbor, Hayborough, Port Elliot and Middleton). There are doggy bag spots along the way John Crompton Reserve John W Crompton Reserve – corner of Tabernacle and Nicholas Boudain, a lovely park with play equipment, gardens and a beach on the lake. Great for small and big kids alike.
