This apartment in down town Albany is newly renovated and fully self contained. Stirling Terrace bars and restaurants are a just a few meters away, there's an IGA just down the street, and the marina and entertainment center are just a 5 minute walk across the foot bridge.
The studio room is cosy and tastefully decorated. The new kitchen includes a new fridge, cook top, and dishwasher.
